Commerce Lab
The establishment of ‘Commerce Lab’ is proposed by the Department of Commerce as part of its innovative and best practices.The Commerce Lab is the place, where the students can express their ideas and get guidance on implementation. The students can get guidance from the experienced in-house faculty and industry experts to come up with innovative business ideas for practical implementation. The Department of Commerce is actively involved in identifying the potential skills among the students in the areas of Commerce and Business Management. . It is also encouraging the students to come forward and actively participate in Commerce Lab activities. The objective of the Lab are: Making students to apply their theoretical knowledge for practical situations; Igniting the young minds to think in development and promotion of new businesses/start-ups ideas; Providing an environment in which the students can sharpen their knowledge and skills for starting a new business; and Guiding and helping the students in project/start-up business proposal preparation.
