Orientation program was aimed to enhance students’ familiarity with the faculties, seniors, college Campus, its facilities and a plethora of cultural activities of the college. With a fresh exposure of the induction program, the students were exposed to the environment of the college with zeal and enthusiasm. The induction program was decided to be delivered on I such a manner so as to make the students feel comfortable in new environment, open them up, set a healthy daily routine, create bonding in the batch as well as between faculty and students, develop awareness, sensitivity and understanding of the self & society

Outcome:
Giving the students the opportunity to get to know about the pros and cons of becoming an entrepreneur. Risk taking, Commitment, Ready to work, curiosity are the key mantras to become an entrepreneur as told by the speaker.
