National Science Day, celebrated on February 28th each year, commemorates the discovery of the Raman Effect by Sir C.V. Raman in 1928. It is a day to recognize the importance of scientific discoveries and advancements in our society. In line with the theme of this year's National Science Day, “Indigenous Technologies for Vikasit Bharat”, Government College (A) Rajahmundry organized a series of events and activities aimed at promoting scientific temper and fostering a spirit of inquiry among students, educators, and the general public. On this occasion Department of Computer Science organized Quiz Competition for Government school students and Power point presentation competition to the students of our college. Computer Science students presented their ideas on Indigenous technologies related to computer science.
