In the guest lecture , the students have the privilege of learning about a truly remarkable scientific phenomenon called superconductivity. Superconductivity refers to the ability of certain materials to conduct electricity with zero resistance when cooled to extremely low temperatures. During the lecture, Dr Ephram babu had discussed about this remarkable property makes superconductors incredibly efficient and has the potential to revolutionize various industries, such as energy transmission and transportation. The students were amazed to learn that superconductors have already been used to create powerful magnets, enabling advancements in medical imaging devices like MRI machines. Overall, the guest lecture on superconductivity left us in awe of the immense possibilities that this scientific discovery holds for the future.
